We bought the unit to take with us when we travel. It works great. Way better than buying bottled water. Please realize the flow is slower than under the counter units.

We love having the water drop

We love having the water drop since we no longer have to lug heavy jugs from the store and it's good for the environment. The size and shape makes it difficult to find just the right spot for it. I would rather have the water holder be on the side instead of in the back of machine. Everytime I want to fill the water I have to pull the machine out from under the kitchen cabinet.

So far I am pleased with this product. My only issue is the capacity the unit holds. Not a huge issue that I need to refill more often than I expected. Overall glad that I purchased this product

I received this product after reading great reviews but also have tried so many other Reverse Osmosis machines and so I wanted to see if I could get the best for a good price since these machines can cost a pretty penny. The design fits perfectly on my countertop and looks sleek and great in my kitchen! SO far the quality of the water is great and quick process to setting up and so far I have nothing but great reviews! I have already recommended this product to 2 of my friends and they also purchased!

So far we are very pleased with the WaterDrop N1. It was easy to assemble, filters were easy to put in, filling is simple and the water with added mineral drops tastes great!
