Wish there was a built in

Wish there was a built in chiller to keep the water a bit cooler than room temperature. It doesn't completely use all the water from the tank before having to dump the waste water and there is no way to not pour both out at once. Use directions are printed on the top and would like if it were a cling sticker so I could remove but save. Overall I like the machine but those are just a few things that could be improved.

I'm very pleased with my purchase, I feel safer drinking the tap water this way and I don't have to buy the purified water in the bottles only to have to put them in a recycle bin.

I love this product. Looks really great. So far works great for 6 months. Water tasted great!! Quite easy to clean. Not many cons but here are they: I wish the user manual to help me get started is a bit clearer. My main concern is that the spout that disperse water is made of plastic and I have the version of countertop filter that can disperse hot water. I wish this design flaw can be corrected. I also want more clarity if other components that touches the hot water are made of plastic.
