I really love the idea of the under sink reverse osmosis system. The product works well, looks nice, fits well under the countertop, and install was simple.
The product is definitely expensive, and my issue with the system is the alkalizing filter. It definitely adds a taste to the water, but they don't make an alternative filter that fits in the X12. It also seems like the filters are often out of stock, which would render the RO system unusable

I got this on sale in December as a Christmas gift for my husband who was always hauling in 5 gallon water bottles for drinking. He was excited but once it was installed he was thrilled! Works awesome. It had pretty clear instructions with only one picture I didn't understand but figured out. Endless fresh water at the turn of a knob. To me it tastes like Fiji water which I like.

Excellent product. It was easy to install without a plumber and compact. Love that it is tankless. The packaging in which out arrived was impressive. We received our order very quickly. The product seems very durable and our water has no taste - fabulous. With filtering, the TDS dropped significantly to a healthy level. There is a bit of a hum when operating but not annoying- especially knowing it is working to give us healthy drinking water. The water flow is quite fast compared to other systems which is both impressive and welcome, yet a bit challenging at times depending on what I am filling. it would be nice if we could control the rate of water flow. No leaks - as was the problem experienced with 2 RO filters from a prior company. Great product and I highly recommend.

Product is larger than expected. Measure first before buying.
It still fit under it sink and works great. Install was way off you have some basic handyman skills. Instructions are god and detailed although it never mentions using the plumbers tape provided. Don't forget to use this or it will most likely leak.
Water taste is excellent. Heard bad reviews about the noise. The noise mainly only happens when you use it, other than that it will occasionally kick in and lightly humm for a minute max. Not loud at all!

Why did I wait so long. Our building has excess chloroform in our water in addition to several questionable odors. Gone. Only thing to know before buying, this machine does have a refrigerator like sound. But I would say some tradeoffs are totally worth it.
