I love these!!!! Only annoying thing and maybe cause I’m new to gaming headsets is that when they are switched on )to allow the buttons to work) I echo when I talk.

The headphones have very low volume and the microphone only works if it is basically touching your lips. The headset is pretty much unusable and we plan to return it. It feels like SkullCandy quality has dropped off in recent years.

The two stars are really only because of the looks of the headset. The colors and design are luxurious looking. BUT the actual functionality of the headset is poor. You must have a charged headset to use while wired to your system, which is ridiculous. Also, the use of the mic on the Switch is very spotty. Sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn’t. I can always hear people in my party, but they can’t hear me. I always use Turtle Beach, but I thought I’d give this a try based on looks.
