I've always been very satisfied with otterboxes. I was very happy to get it for my new tracfone. I was pretty nervous the few days I had my phone w/out the otterbox. After I got the otterbox I knew my phone was safe. I wouldn't buy anything else to protect my phone.

Not satisfied, as in previous purchases of brand

No, unfortunately, it's NOT! While awaiting on warranty. Feel obligated to share. Case became loose & it's the 2nd replacement on way. Also, phone unpacked and straight to case. Some how small gash on side of brand new phone, when it's BEEN in case since it's arrival.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
