Wow otterbox has fallen so sad

I remember when Otterbox was the standard by which all others were graded. Just got the defender for my phone Over priced limited protection for the camera gotta add a stick on cover for the screen. It's an expensive cheap black cover

Pretty that's about it

Sails and Sun color is kinda pretty, except a little Gotty with the yellow so bright. Makes the phone EXCESSIVELY HEAVY like the S21 Ultra and S22 Ultra, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE and PAINFUL to hold due to the Note Design Samsung has changed the S Line to. Lower left corner DIGS into the butt of my left hand and is VERY PAINFUL, however this is the case with EVERY Cellphone case out there due to the Note design. I believe I went through 7 cases when I had the S22Ultra which is why I returned the phone, I was hoping cases would be different for the 23Ultra but I was wrong
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Every model gets less rubber, less protection for surface and less protection for lens.
If I wanted thin pretend gummy cover, I would have bought one. I want real protection and this used to be the case for that. NOT SO MUCH NOW

Could case always but the charging port cover seems a little fragile and like it will break off really easy also I wish it opened towards the back of the phone and not the front

I have been buying the Defender cases for many years whenever I get new phones but this particular one for my new Samsung Ultra 23 is different. Not as heavy so I don't think it will be as protective and the edges on it are not smooth so they feel rough on my fingers. Not happy!

Well worth the money!!!

I have trusted Otterbox to protect my investments of my last 3 phones. I dropped my phones from 3 story balcony. My phone didn't even get a scratch. My phone fell off the bumper of my truck on the highway. It protected it even through that. I love the Defender series!!!
