Igniter issue and faulty LED knob

I really like the range, aesthetically it’s pleasing. However, I have two concern; one of the igniters doesn’t stop igniting after the flame is on. Hopefully it’s an easy fix. I’ll call customer service on Monday. Another issue is that the LED lights around the knob, one of them is always lit and doesn’t turn off. Again, hopefully an easy fix for customer service to deal with. Other than that, I do love the range.

I bought this fabulous range for my remodeled kitchen.. it is everything I was hoping for and more!!
The blue interior and knobs are fantastic and have LED lighting so you can see easily!! The burners are efficient and heat up quickly. The oven racks roll out
with ease.

Burners are great

I have been using the range for about a week now and it works wonderfully. The smaller oven heats quickly to the correct temperature. The burners are powerful and work great. The range is easy to clean so far. My only complaint is that the fan in the larger oven has stopped working only after 3 uses.

My wife picked out all new appliances when we remodeled the kitchen. We looked at many different brands and styles, but when she saw the light blue Kucht KFX3600X it was love at first sight. It was a breeze to unpack, install and has been fabulous to cook with. Thank you Kucht!
