Quiet and dependable

Dehumidification and pump function both work smoothly and quietly. Its been running 24/7 for over a month without problems. Our friends recommended it because theirs have been running for years.

It's Okay

It is pretty quiet. I was thinking with it being a bigger unit that it would keep humidity levels lower than it has. We had a unit rated for 2000 sqft that seemed maintain humidity levels about the same.

The hose that gets the water pumped out leaks around the foam seal.

Our last dehumidifier was recalled and after checking consumer reports this was the highest recommended product. It's working great I love that we can keep it on the floor and use the pump to put the water straight into a sink.
