So far I really like this dehumidifier! I was previously using 2 small ones around my 750 sq ft apartment and they weren't cutting it. This one gets the job done! It was really loud at first, but then I got used to it and it became white noise. The only downside is that the humidity sensor is at times 5 to 10% off compared to the sensors I around my apt. However, I get around it by just setting the ideal levels BELOW what I really want it to be. I also love how it connects to my phone!
I would recommend this to a friend!

It’s great, but puts out hot air

It’s a great dehumidifier. It’s easy to use, not terribly loud. Works pretty fast. I love the auto shut off. It’s easy to move around because of the wheels on the bottom! When I turned it on it blows a lot of air out the side, and I thought, awesome! It’s a fan too! I was using it due to a broken AC unit. But after a short time it was blowing out hot air, which makes sense I guess. So it takes the humidity out, but heats the room up, but it was GREAT for the basement dampness in the winter!!!

This is my second dehumidifier from this company. I wish I would have gotten a larger size because it works so well I’m emptying the reservoir at least 2x/day during the summer. But at least I know it’s working! Also it’s been uncharacteristically rainy and humid this year.

Works very well at removing humidity & musty odors from a secondary bedroom over a garage serviced a a separate split system. The humidity levels from 82 to 43 in 24 hours. The room is now very comfortable physically and smells fresh. The unit requires emptying about every 8 hours and maintains levels in the 43-47 range. The remote notifications work well. It is very loud. Louder than our 50 pint hOmeLabs unit used in our basement. We bought the 2nd from hOmeLabs based on its excellent performance. This is our second season with the larger unit. Past experience with different well known manufacturers have not gone beyond 1 season.

Excelente unit, within 3 days it had brought down the humidity in my basement from 76% down to 47%. My basement is close to 1000 Sq ft. It's very quiet and efficient. Would buy it again without any hesitation.

A great product for those in humid climates

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy I was offered this product! I live in South Fl where its extremely humid. All my spices and stuff stick together. Once we got this set up it said we had 80% humidity in the house and I believe it. Been using it a week and its down to 49%. We have to change the chamber multiple times a day because of how humid our house is. It has helped our AC not work as hard as well. It was constantly having condensation leaking all over the place. Now its not doing it as much. This has helped us so much. I definitely recommend this product if you live in a humid climate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product works well, helps reduce air humidity quickly and effectively, is still good for large rooms, easy to use, separates water and is easy to clean, the machine is not too noisy, does not consume much electricity, durability needs to be tested over time, currently it is still good.

Not too noisy and very easy to use in just the first hour there was a noticeable difference and it had already collected a bunch of water!
