I think this is a great product the only thing I wish was that it had a lock out button on it because my cats jump on it all the time and push buttons!

Second purchase of this model. The first one has worked great for 3 summers, and I decided to get another one since I have a large house. They are well-designed, easy to control, empty and keep the air filter clean. I live in the U.S. NW where the heat is not (yet, anyway) the biggest problem- but 70 percent humidity indoors can make a 70 degree temperature uncomfortable. These units keep my house steady at 50, and I can use the AC less.

This is such a quiet

This is such a quiet unit and am so glad that the hose hook up was on the outside of the unit. The one before this was on the inside, leading through a hole to the outside and was nearly impossible to get on and off.
So far, it runs well, but I really love it's quietness!

Really satisfied, only small complaint is the water reservoir drawer seems a little tricky to get back in. I am sure it will get easier with practice.

We turned it on to Comfort setting and it did great ! Less than 8 hours later it had extracted 35 pints of water from our basement. It continues to do so reliably.

Super efficient dehumidifier

The dehumidifier quickly took our basement from very damp to quite comfortable and dry. For the first few days it ran constantly to get the humidity down but since then it has maintained a good level with remarkable energy efficiency! Highly recommended!
