Skeptical when open the package. Plastic body didn't look very solid as my previous dehumidifier.
But it was very easy to install and also it is simple to operate.
It has been running for about 2 weeks in my basement with no problems.
Not noisy, and having a water pump I don't have to empty the water basket when full.
Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Excellent at removing moisture. A bit noisy. Tub fills in about 12 hours on most humid days.

This thing is awesome! I had a leak inside the wall and the dehumidifier has done a great job. I had had surgery and the pump came in handy. My friend who unboxed/set up said he had never seen one like this. Thanks for a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 in my home and bought a 3rd for my daughter in Portland. They last forever. Ive had cheaper makes in the past that froze or died within a few years. Ive had these for over 6 years. Love them

Effective for a sunroom but takes daily effort to maintain.

We were surprised at the level of moisture this little gem pulled out of the air, but it has to be emptied every 12 hours most days and the drain plug gets stopped up easily resulting in water puddles on the floor. It is very difficult to clean it out because theres no access to flush it out completely. Other them that we are pleased with humidity control.
