[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised that it worked so well. The last dehumidifier I owned was a complete mess to empty. The 3500 was so easy I could do it myself. I am 85 yo! I am thinking of purchasing another one so I can have a back-up and not be in a situation where I have to buy one that is of lesser quialty. The design was attractive, the quality was supurb and the size was perfect!

Love this dehumidifier! The walls of my windowless bathroom used to stay damp all the time. This dehumidifier literally sucks in all of the moisture. What a difference it makes. I highly recommend this!

Very pleased . Much quieter than old one. We have it up on a platform and used a wide rubber hose to allow it to drain by gravity into a sink.

Easy to assemble. Efficient and quiet. We are pleased. In a short time the humidity was cut down in our basement space. Still learning best way to empty tank and adjusting settings, with all the choices offered.
