Still a long confusion surrounding installation. Doesn’t tell you which direction the platform is to go. Photos are are descriptive enough. Neither other written instructions. Nothing is labeled so you hope that you can tell what the photo is to the part. When a manufacturer starts building things like this for the consumer, they need to anticipate that the consumer is an idiot and spell everything out to a T.

Great storage product

After finally figuring out how to get this setup in the end it’s pretty good with storage. The only issue I ran into was that the stud in my house were not exactly 24” apart so I had to play with everything to figure out how I could get it installed.

Very sturdy when tightened up. Everything aligned well. Recommend impact hammer to put in lag bolts. Need 2 people to put up deck.

This rack is pretty sturdy once mounted up. It took a bit to mount, due to how our ceiling studs were layed out. Definitely helps organize stuff that isn’t needed frequently.

1. It would help if the corners on ALL panels had pre-treaded holes. Some corners were not pre-treaded, to discover this after the panels were screwed together was disappointing = reassemble.
2. In general, the sturdiness of the “L” bars and support brackets were not a firm/strong as expected for a 600LB shelf.
3. All parts were included, GREAT!
