I love the oven, everything works great on it. I wish it would ding when it's heated to the temperature I set it on. My only issue is the sound of the medal that pops every now and then even when it hasn't been used all day.

I am thrilled with my new oven. Finding a replacement for very old appliances is difficult. The Empava 24wob14 has exactly the features I needed in a single wall oven, has extra functions I wanted, it fit perfectly with the rest of my appliance style, and most importantly, fit the opening in my cabinet wall where a 60 year old, '24"' wall oven used to be. So many other ovens wouldn't fit or cost a small fortune. For me, this oven is an excellent value for the money. I'd also like to say that the customer service desk personnel were awesome (I do not use that word lightly). They provided exceptional and timely service, with accurate and helpful information and replacement items that were needed after the savage package handlers of the delivery service and the incompetent installer made that necessary. I just can't say enough about these people. Whenever I look at this oven, I will remember how they helped keep me sane during this renovation as one thing after another went horribly wrong. They even let me replace the WOB14 model's door with the one from a different model when UPS crushed the first one and then the installer caused the second one to shatter.

This is like a large toaster oven. Works good and true to the temperature. Small but it’s a small price. Had it for a few weeks and no complaints.
