We bought the first series in this oven. I’d read reviews and was pretty nervous. We have had our unit for a year now. It took me a bit to figure out the timer has to be on for it to power on. It is odd at first, but makes a lot of sense the first time someone accidentally leaves it on...it’s a safety feature and I love it now. The coils are hidden so no food gets on there, and the baking rack makes it where I can cook two items at once. It’s narrower than some, but we do fine with ours I would order this brand again when my current oven is done.

I had to order it 3 times and return it twice due to the damage. Once I received one that was not damaged (third time was the charm!!!) - it was great. Just fit into my cabinet and works fine.

I was never able to use this oven because the inner glass was broken into a million pieces as soon as I received it. The outside looked so beautiful. Unfortunately I have to return it and will try to buy againUPDATE: Ordered the oven for the 2nd time and looks beautiful. No damages and no shattered glass this time. Hopefully will work good once contractors come to install. Update: Oven looks beautiful when installed and cooks well so far. Fits perfect in my kitchen. I love it! Hoping the letters don’t fade as I’ve read in a few reviews.

This is a great built in oven. Unfortunately, it is really easily broken. My first one came undamaged, but when my guys came to change the orifices from natural gas to propane, natural gas is default, they dropped the door and it broke. After some confusion, I have now gotten my refunds. The Empava people are really great.

Silly me... I accidentally ordered the Electric 24 inch Empava Wall Oven.... I received it in 4 days delivered inside my house ...it did not have a scratch on it.. beautiful... but I meant to order the GAS 24 inch Empava Wall Oven... Empava was very nice about the mess I created and told me that Good Customer Service was their priority and EMPAVA is exchanging the electric stove for the Gas Stove at no cost to me... WOW !! Thank You Empava !!
