Way too big!

I cannot tell you how much I hate these. They are so big and heavy they constantly feel like they are falling out, even with the lock in place. I’ve tried all of the sizes, but nothing gets IN the ear far enough so the volume of whatever I’m listening to has to be on max. You cannot power them off without the case, so if you need to disconnect them to listen to your device without them, when you want to use them again you have to find the case, put them in, then take them out again so they will pair properly. (I read that you can tap them, but it does not work). Awful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

They work well, are comfortable and sound great. People say my phone calls are much more clear too!

I would give them a 5 star BUT the JBL app doesn't let you CUSTOMIZE THE BUTTON PRESSES. It's the most infuriating part about these headphones. Otherwise I love them, they are the best quality for the price, have really decent noise cancelling, again, for the price, and I have to buy another pair because I lost mine. The other infuriating part is that you can't tea k the earbuds or make them ring to find them, so, that SHOULD knock another star off in my opinion.
