Great non stick pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great non stick pan, without all the forever chemicals. The handle is super comfortable and it has a hanger so you can hang it up. My only issue is that after two washes it seems to have flaked off or rusted in a few spots. We always water wash and dry off with a towel so I’m not sure exactly what it is.

It is heavy duty, I really like the longer handle. A very well-made skillet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how durable it is and the how versatile it is. The coating on this pan is amazing. I absolutely love it. The size is great for salmon or sauteed peppers and onions, eggs. It's comfortable to handle and the heat distribution is amazing.

Love the finish and the wood handle which makes it easy to manage and stays cool.I Personally don’t use oven to finish my dishes so it works for me otherwise it’s not oven safe .The pan distributes heat evenly and gives a nice sear and cook to meats.

Stylish, efficient, nonstick, but discolors easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Alva 9.5-inch forest carbon steel frying pan and absolutely love it. The heat-resistant wooden handle is not only stylish but also practical, making it comfortable to use. The nonstick surface is incredible – I was able to flip an egg for the first time ever! Cleaning is a breeze; I just let it cool down and wipe it with a paper towel. It heats up faster than cast iron, so setting the heat lower (per the instructions) works perfectly. I’ve made eggs and grilled cheese without any burning, which is a big win for me. The small size is ideal since I usually cook for one. The only downside is that the pan discolored slightly when cheese touched it, and I haven't been able to fix that.

Good Frying Pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good frying pan and it gets hot fast. I fried some shrimp in it for the first time I used it and it was solid, seemed to hold heat evenly and did what it was supposed to do.
