Incredible quality that’ll last a lifetime!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Somehow I had never heard of Alva but I am so glad I finally did! This is hands-down, the best pot I have ever owned. It’s nicely heavy and very durable. Cooking in it is a dream. It cooks so evenly and holds the heat nicely. This little pot does more than one would think. In this photo, I have four large potatoes and a large onion cut up plus about 3 cups of water! No need to place the lid cockeyed for venting cause this lid has a built in vent! One thing to beware- the handle gets very hot! I had this silicone pot handle holder already but considering the price of this pot, would be a nice addition for it to come with one. That’s no biggie though. I will definitely buy more Alva cookware for my collection!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't believe how gorgeous it is! Mirrored so nicely I could put my makeup on using it. Really attractive. And very solid. The handles, lid, the steel bottom are all spot on perfect. And when I boiled milk for homemade yogurt, it was absolutely amazing. I use a glass stovetop (not willingly, but it came with the house), and almost nothing cooks evenly on it. But this did a fabulous job of a perfect boil without the center being too hot or the exterior only heating up. It was completely uniform on heat distribution. And it was also perfectly flat...imagine that! This is a wonderful piece to add to my stainless cookware, and it's so pretty that I leave it out on my stove. That says a lot when I normally never leave anything on my stove or counters, let alone cookware. This is worth every penny spent and then some. I will likely buy more cookware from this company in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a heavy duty pot. Whenever you take it out of the cabinet, it just screams quality. And, it cooks amazing. It heats fast and evenly and I have experienced no problems with sticking or scorching. It is also very easy to clean. I just use a soft scrub pad on it as soon as it cools down, and every thing wipes away quickly and easily.
