[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The non-stick surface works well, making it easy to flip pancakes and clean up afterward. It heats evenly, so I get nicely cooked pancakes without any hotspots. However, I noticed the handle can get a bit warm after longer cooking times, so it’s best to use a mitt or towel.
