It's durable, nonstick. It's very good for the price, but it's not cheap. Effortless clean-up and flawless.

The 2.1 Qt. was a perfect size to brown my 4 chicken legs and I added carrots, potatoes and onions and finished in the oven. The pot cooked evenly and quickly and the food was delicious. Be careful of the handles as they get very hot. I love the versatility of this pot and that it's 100% PFAS free. I can't wait to cook my next meal in this pot!
