Not Exactly as Advertised

I have only had this mini fridge for a few days but my early observations are mostly negative.
First, the fridge is advertised as "garage ready", but the manual says it's not intended for use below 55 F. I live in Wisconsin and the fridge will be turned off in the winter, but we do have spring and fall here, where temperatures can be in the 70s or even warmer during the day and fall below 55 at night. I wouldn't agree that this is garage ready.
Second, the manual says to level the unit with the two leveling legs in front. Unfortunately, my fridge only has one leveling leg. I can't really figure why they would make it that way, but I leveled the fridge with a couple of coasters from a tavern.
Third, there was a large sticker on the front of the freezer door. After removing this sticker, it took a lot of time, elbow grease and solvent to remove the adhesive residue. I ask why they would use this type sticker. Was it supposed to be permanent?
Fourth, after several days, I am having a little trouble regulating the temperature. After starting on setting 4, the temp inside the fridge was about 40F. I was looking for 45F or so as I use the unit for fishing bait. I turned the dial down about 1/2 number, twice daily. I got down to 2 1/2 and still had 40F in the fridge. I am hopeful this will get better with a little more time.
Lastly, I am a little concerned that there were two bolts and three of some type spacer in the bottom of the box. I guess time will tell if those are missing from somewhere inside the unit.
Time will also tell if this fridge was a good investment as there are similar units on the market for about half the price. The separate freezer and freezer door are a definite plus. The "garage ready" feature and Energy Star rating convinced me to spend more for this unit. I'll have to wait to see if it was worth it.
