I bought this a month ago..it's a great device. Cools very efficiently but th water drainage needs some upgrade.

I purchased this 12000 BTU Black&Decker air conditioner to replace a very loud, whining Tosot air conditioner. I am so pleased to turn it on with no compressor whining!!!
