Good and Fast Cooling

I easily installed the 12,000 BTU portable air conditioner about a week ago and have had to use it most of those days. I have it in the LR of a 436 SF, two BR apt and it cools the LR and DR/kitchen very well, to the point that I have to turn the temp UP. I still need additional cooling in my BR, but a small ceiling fan is all that’s needed.
I would recommend this to a friend!
