Nice unit, window kit is subpar

So far the unit is really nice and working well but the window installation kit is terrible. The fit is awful, the adhesive foam doesn’t cut it, the “locking screws” are plastic tacks basically. Not enough to keep me from buying it assuming the unit continues to work, but definitely not a 5 star product from my experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still a new purchase but it gets the job done. It is used outside as a personal cooling unit. I have yet to use it in the dead of summer but it has been impressive and have actually had to turn the cooling up because it was getting too cold. So far impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this and am really impressed with how hard the fan blows. It's also a lot smaller than our previous unit and a lot quieter. So far, I'm really happy with this AC unit.
