Like the sleek lines, clean-looking. Good quality, sturdy unit. Cools very well in a short period of time. A bit noisy at all levels, but worth it to cool our Condo efficiently.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I ordered this 14,000 BTU DOE air conditioner, but they sent me a 10,000 BTU DOE unit instead. I requested a refund, and the seller was not professional at all, they wanted me to keep it despite the mistake. I had to wait more than 3 weeks to get my refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only downfall is that to use the fan you have to disconnect the hose each time, that's a bit of a hassle so won't be using the fan. Otherwise the a/c cool setting is great.

Bought it 10 days ago. started making a really annoying sound. Then I remembered the warnings in the manual. Took of the vent hose. Cut the power cord off up close to the unit. Put it in the garbage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
