We set this system up in a master bedroom when our AC Unit wasn't working and it worked like a champ. Not to noise either. We are happy with our purchase.

I have been lugging window AC units in and out of window frames for more than a decade. but my current apartment has a large radiator in front of the window with the AC bracket. Total nightmare for my 65+ year old body. Also always hated the way the "window shutters" never really kept bugs and rain from coming in.
I was able to cut the side pieces to the exact size of my window. Nothing is coming into my apartment now.
In the fall, I can disconnect the hose, roll this beauty into a closet and be done.
