Happy beyond words Our HVAC crapped the bed last summer. We purchased a small 5,000 btu window unit for our BR, and 10,000 GE INVERTER window unit as well, This B&D is a game changer does the job and then some! I’m finally comfortable thank goodness! Definitely a better product and it absolutely outperforms any unit I’ve owned/still own to date! The Best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received the unit. Delivery was excellent. Unpacking and set up were simple enough. Too early to say much at this point other than the unit functions and blows cold air. Not sure yet if it will adequately cool my 550 s.f. 1 BR apartment. Yesterday the outside high reached 94 degrees. With the unit on for several hours, the inside temperature was 82 degrees. Hoping for more. Delivery and setup were a breeze.

Unit itself is great.... window elements need redesign and improvements. Later part is very frustrating.
