I absolutely love and recommend this product. It works better than expected. Easy to set up, easy to use. Needed this for an upstairs living space of 900 square feet.

Looks good, recommendation only time will tell. Review for the extended warranty. Hopping will not be needed. Until then it a wait and see.

Great unit lacking a couple of features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this unit a little less than a month ago and it’s performed well both in the air conditioning mode and most recently in the heat mode. However, it does lack the feature of being able to be connected and controlled via an app. It also needs better directions on setting up the delay time to turn on. Once we figured out that feature, it’s been great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Air conditioner is great but heating not so much!

The air conditioner worked great on the unit. Covers a 600sq ft room perfectly. The heating worked good at first but on really cold nights it kept blowing cold air out, even though it was on the heat setting. Took a really long time for the room to get warm.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
