Air conditioner works well. Does a good job of maintaining the set temperature. Haven't tried the heat setting yet.

Great Unit

We bought this for our game room where we have a commercial ice machine, stand up drink cooler and a large chest freezer. This unit has no problem cooling 650 sq ft with three appliances creating a lot of warm arm.
I would recommend this to a friend!
