Great, some parts a little cheap

Unit works great. Some of the parts feel cheap, like the condensation and dehumidification drain caps. All plastic and feel like they are going to strip out at any given moment

I have this air conditioner about a month and just love it. I haven't used all the features yet, like the timer or heater, but the air is wonderful. Easy to install, easy to use and works great. Plus the remote is a nice to have.

I just bought this & have it sitting upright for 24hrs as per the instruction before we run it. Looks great so far.
