[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to operate and works great. Rolls well which must be why it's considered portable because it's quite every to move between rooms. Haven't used much yet but so far it has been worth it.

I enjoy a cold apartment and only have heating in my building. This unit gets the job done and cools my living room space very nice and quickly. It's got wheels so I can wheel it into my room and it isn't too big to take up a lot of space. A few struggles I had while looking for a portable ac, including this unit, was my window was taller than what the slider kit could reach unfortunately. Also I got 2 locking screws but only one side of the slider has holes to lock it in so it's kind of crooked but the window stabilizes it. Other than that, it works as intended and I'm satisfied with my purchase. I can't speak for the other features included in all honesty but I'd like to believe this was a fair rating.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easier to set up thab it was to locate the product registration info online. Keeps the whole lower level cool.
