[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a 400sq ft master bedroom with vaulted ceilings that lack insulation. Unit did well cooling the space in a reasonable amount of time. I have not tested the heater functionality. Unit is heavy and rolls great on tile but not so much on carpet! Purchased the unit as a hurricane/winter storm weather backup.
