Great Portable Air Conditioner/ Heater

We purchased this 12,000 BTU portable air conditioner to cool down a 500 sq foot area. It provides cold air quickly and quietly. So far, it is a great product.

Two people might be needed to carry it comfortably upstairs, but in normal condition you can roll it on a hard surface or lift it on carpet. I recommend a cart for the latter however.
Super easy to install and operates, it quickly cooled down our 500sqft bedroom. Noise is noticeable but not deafening or even distracting.
