Top row of lights don’t work. Did not have a battery for the remote it takes a CR2025. The hanging clip is questionable. But it works and oscillates.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The only reason I bought it it says Black & Decker and not some off brand. Just put it up today I've had one before an off brand.
