Excellent, compact, and quiet

Very well built and designed. We sent another brand back and very pleased we did. This conditioner is quiet, better made, and operates much better than the competition. Nice we are able to make a comparison because this B&D works so much better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I recently purchased this A/C for my master bedroom which is located on the 3rd level in my house. On warm/hot days, it gets miserably humid in this room no matter how much I run the HVAC unit. Since receiving this item the weather has been consistently cold but weather in the Mid Atlantic region can be wildly unpredictable. Hopefully I can get a warm day to really test this out but so far it seems to work sufficiently. Can't really give 5 stars until then.
