We bought a 10,000 btu unit for our living room a year ago and just bought this one as a second unit for our daughter’s room. Instantly started working and got cool.

Very cool, tank is not removable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for a small basement office and it keeps it plenty cool. My gripe is that the tank is not removable which means moving the entire unit, raising it and draining it into another container. It would have been much nicer to have a removable tank.

I am so happy that I purchased this portable A/C unit. I like that it is remote controlled and it is very cooling. It cools my room faster than an average central A/C unit. I would recommend this product!
