I bought this a week ago, and so far, so good. It’s efficient, cools the room quickly and is much quieter than our previous one from another company. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that it the dehumidifier option is not self draining; must be manually done. It would have much preferred not having to deal with this.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We just got this out of the box. Very good instructions and simple to set up. Our unit was cooling our room in less than 10 minutes
