It cools the air

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does what it is supposed to do. The room is cooler but not as cool as expected. the unit is set to 64, but the room is about 75. The amount of BTU purchased was supposed to cool a room around 700 sq. ft. and it's in a 500 sq. ft. room. I would recommend more BTUs to achieve your desired effect. Granted we are in Florida in the middle of summer, I'm sure the unit is working hard.

We absolutely love all the features this bad boy has to offer! It is quiet enough that my I am able to take a nap peacefully without getting bothered with a loud noise 😊.

Relatively quiet running and adequate cooling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Could no longer use our window AC units in the new windows so went looking for replacement AC and explored the portable version. This unit received good reviews. Setup one unit the other day and relatively simple to do. Tested the unit afterwards and was impressed by the cool air delivery and short time it took to reduce the temperature in the large open living room. Have not tried the unit on a humid warm day yet as our weather has not been like that to this point. Bought 2 of these units to setup in opposite ends of a large single story ranch home with approx. 1400 sq ft of floor space. May end up closing doors of a couple of currently unused rooms to reduce sq footage to cool since those areas don't need cooling.
