Missing Parts

Did not come with the piece to attach the hose to the unit. Due to this make and model having different dimensions than seemingly every other AC unit out there, there is no way to buy this piece second hand or through Black and Decker.
Horrible experience
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bruyant, faible, connectivité Wi-Fi désuette et surtout: fausse description de la puissance en BTU dans le titre.
J'ai compris, une fois achetée, la différence entre la norme ASHRAE (testé dans un environnement contrôlé d'usine) et DOE/SACC qui est la norme appropriée dans notre environnement humide et chaud au Québec.
12,000BTU ASHRAE (non-indiqué dans le description du produit) donne 9,850BTU DOE/SACC. En 10 heures, l'appareil était constamment à 100% et la température n'a baissé que de 2-3 degrés dans un appartement plus petit que 550pi².
Le mal de tête dû au bourdonnement de l'appareil n'était pas le bienvenu.
L'application Wi-Fi ne se connecte qu'en 2.4Ghz sur votre téléphone. Vous devez donc abaisser votre signal pour utiliser l'application.
J'ai dû retourner l'appareil avant d'avoir un acouphène permanent.
