Quit working after 2 months

The warranty is useless. Terrible trying to get anything done from the main supplier. Going through Best Buy for help was also a terrible experience…..chatting with AI until eventually you get a real person who asks so many questions just to say they can’t do anything and tells you to contact the main supplier. It shouldn’t be this difficult. I bought a fridge with a warranty….it broke down….the warranty should mean something but the amount of effort to try and get some resolution is ridiculous. It almost feels like they make things difficult so you just give up. Anyway Best Buy if you’re reading this….I’m done with you….done with incorrect passwords….done with checking the boxes with cars in them….done with your AI…I don’t need this hassle to make a purchase.
As for the fridge….it was a good enough fridge for the 2 months it worked.
