Let me start by saying the AC is keeping up with 40+ degree humidity outside for the first year that I have bought it. That being said the frame came dented and bent, the fins came flattend on 25 percent of the back, and the bottom came dented to the point were water no longer leaks out the back it leaks were the compressor it mounted (which is very close to the wall). After owning it for 1 month the fan is starting to rattle when running and the whole thing is a bit bigger then the website says. I would have returned it but it weighs a ton and I spent a long time installing it. We will see if it lasts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
