Not as cold as I was hoping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago. I do like the product a lot but it feels like the air is not as cold as I would like even at the lowest setting. The device also turns off randomly when I have it set to dehumidifier and I'm not sure why.

Not cool enough

My only complaint is I need to keep the model on all night. It's not cool enough to keep the room cool when only a fan goes on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An excellent choice of portable AC units for our bedroom. (400 sq. ft.) Easy setup just like they said. Attractive design and keeps us cool all night. We really like the timer which saves on electricity too
