Works great but buzzes/vibrates

At first it came shattered but we were able to get a replacement in 3 days. It looks and works great! My only complaint is it's much noisier than expected. The pans vibrate and make a buzzing noise but this is my first induction stove so I'm sure I'll get used to it. It is able to boil water insanely fast!

Must hv Induction cookware to operate! Regular cookware will not work

I don't think it would be fair to "shame" the product, the cooktop is Beautiful! However, I WISH, somehow it could have been prepped in the description for dummies like me?? I HAD NO IDEA, this was a special type of cooktop that required a specific type of cookware to operate. And let me tell you, the cookware is NOT cheap! I've said this to say, if I had to complain, I would say the stove description should also include it needs INDUCTION COOKWARE or it will not work!. WTH is induction cookware......I KNOW, MY THOUGHT TOO! I had to go out for hours to find some that will work. I purchased a set that said base was induction, got home, tried it out and it didn't work. Took that set back and went out again the next day. It was a mess!!

The cooktop is a replacement for a GE profile it’s a third of the cost works just as well if not better if I had a single complaint it would be that the lights below the heat indicators are dim but readable other than that it is fine Redneck trucker

Great way to cook!

It boils water very quickly! I was not aware that the stove typically hums. It is just something that induction stoves do. On the lower levels, it is silent, but at level 7 - 10 it will hum. The instructions say that heavy cast iron pans do not make as much noise. I am using copper non-stick pans, that are induction rated. Some copper pans are not induction rated.

We are very please with the cooktop. It is very fast and easy to cook with! We had to learn how it works and buy new cookware to go with it, but we do enjoy using it.
