Great induction top for a great price!

Heats immediately and quietly. Boils in seconds. Not a real low simmer function. But so far we love it.

better than gas

Always had gas cooktops, installed this unit within an hour. More responsive than gas when increasing or decreasing heat settings. Doesn't heat up the surrounding surface or house like gas. Definitely an induction buyer from now on. Because the surface doesn't get too warm, nothing burns on the surface. Super easy to clean.

I use this for my restaurant; every single day, it pushes through. The continuous even heat is astounding. We are talking seconds. Instead of tens of minutes. It’s been 2 months and nothing has streaked or burned. Really impressed.

Love this cooktop, yes makes a low humming noise, I have 2 dog's they are more concerned what I'm cooking over humming. I remodeled my kitchen, induction cooktop was a must!! I did buy new cookware that is induction compatible, Heritage cookware made in Clarksville Tennessee, USA. DON'T be mislead with more expensive induction cooktop, this cooktop is beautiful and you'll easily learn operating it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
