I like the shape, doesn't look like any other stove. Not difficult to install, instructions are clear. Works very well. Strong burners and safe knobs. Safe for children and for grownups who might sometimes forget to shut it off.

Easy to install, however, the igniters on two of the burners don't always light the burner on the first attempt. Several attempts are necessary.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey there, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Our gas cooktop features a Auto Shut Off Protection. These steps must be followed EXACTLY or it will fail: 1. Press the button to rotate, align the star(hear the squeak). 2. After the burner is lit, continue to press and hold the knob for a few seconds to allow the thermocouple to heat up, otherwise the gas will turn off. It's a protection measure.
