Nice gas stove

We switched from an electric cooktop to this gas stove and couldn’t be happier! The grates are heavy and well made. The top is easy to wipe down. The price was excellent.

Pleasantly Surprised!!

This stove it's so nice in person. It was delivered sooner then expected which was a pleasant surprise. It works wonderfully. The center burner is larger then then expected which & is going to be great for soups & stews. The only downside is getting used to the knobs to turn the fire on is a little tricky, but we are confident that we will get use it & we have!! It is seriously a great stove. We were looking at the the better known brands, maytag, Samsung & GE, but the price was alot more. This stove top really looks beautiful & works just as good at other named brand. We never heard of Empava, but the fact that we took a chance & it paid off, I recomend this stovetop & the price is great!!

We replaced our old gas top stove which I really liked. The electronics went bad. THis is fine. the grates sit too high. I would prefer the base was more sunken into the counter. Also hard to achieve a "low" simmer on the eyes. I'd like to be able to do a little more fine tuning. Like other reviewers commented, it takes a few seconds to light the burner; it doesn't just immediately ignite.

Great price and look easy install !

Hadn’t gotten it dirty yet, I’ll wipe it and polish it gently as needed, was looking high and low prices was wayyyyy to high for my budget, then I found this one 30 inch no problem with arrival, hooked it up in about 45 min. Literally my sweety knows this stuff with his eyes closed, I’m sure that’s why 45min. he didn’t even go to store to get anything additionally, it fit exactly how he measured, price right the look is great, did only breakfast so far, wish me luck. And did I say how nice it looks wow

Good gas stove top, great value.

This gas stove top looks like a much higher priced unit and works well.The hardest part of installation was getting the old stove top out and re-configuring the gas line for this unit. I hired a professional to do that to avoid the risk of a gas leak.As mentioned in other reviews, the burners do not start as easily as the old unit. Not a big deal.Another difference is that there is not a lot of range to the amount of heat given off by each burner. If I want lower heat on a burner, I often switch to a smaller burner. The smallest burner is often too hot for simmering without burning. To fix that, I replaced the pre-installed small brass nozzle with a smaller orifice nozzle that was included for use with LP gas. This has reduce the flame and heat on that burner so it no longer burns while simmering. It was nice of the manufacturer to include all those spare nozzles!

When my cooktop broke, I bought this EMPAVA cooktopbecause the one that came with our place was all scratched up, and these have a reputation for scratching. But so far, it hasn't scratched at all, and has been awesome to use. The power boil is great, and we've had no issues with it. It was easy to install, easy enough to clean, and I love that it has knobs instead of buttons - that was a 'must' for me since I didn't want to push a button 10 times to get to the highest heat setting.

great product! Installed very easily. One of the ignitors did stop working but I contacted the company and they sent me a new ignitor right away. Great customer service.

Very easy to install. We had no issues with it. It is a little slimmer on the width but still goodVery light. The burners are great and heat up very quicklyWe have have had it about two months and it has started to rust a little. Overall we are happy with it
