Its alright, takes a bit of practice to be able to turn it on at once... at first the fire would keep on turning off. Fire power is very strong which is good

Customer Service took care of Us.

This stove has 2 year warranty. It's within the warranty period and I have been trying to get replacement valve from Empava Customer Service. Empava Customer service took care of us by sending us a replacement valve.

Must have a 3/4 nipple for connection.

Nice cooktop very easy to clean.
The BTU's could have been a little bit higher.
Nevertheless, I like it.
Will see how long it last before problems occur.
