Pretty good burner for my purposes.

This burner is nice looking and pretty good for the price. I'm using it as an auxiliary burner in my outdoor kitchen. I'm sure you get what you pay for and a higher-end burner would perform better and be more powerful. Installation was very simple. My one issue with the burner resolved itself otherwise I would not be as happy with the product. I used to have to keep the ignitor held down after it was lit for quite a while or it would not stay lit. Then after having the burner for some time it that issue resolved itself one day.

I love this unit great stovetop

I got this for my RV I took out the stove and installed it because using the stove in an RV in Florida it gets to hot and my air conditioner runs all the time,so with having this true induction glass top it doesn't gave out any heat and that makes me happy ,so I love this unit

Nice rangetop, slightly noisy fans.

Nice in-counter range top. Only downside I've seen so far that I wasnt expecting is that the fans are quite noisy when in use. They spin up when the burner is turned on and they are quite noticeable without ambient noise. But the noise is just a minor criticism, doesn't take away from it's good performance. I've had large pots and pans as well as small skillets and its performed quite well on all of then.

No need for propane anymore

Dislike the fact that you have to use induction cookware. Like, easy cleaning, quick heating and touch controls. Did I mention "no gas"?

Great stove and customer service

I am really enjoying this stove. I cook about 10 times a week so I need a work horse of stove. This one has performed beautifully. The back burner is great for fast boils or maintaining better frying or sautéing temperatures. The front is a great compliment by providing good simmer control.
I also love the look of it and how easy it is to clean up. It is a perfect fit for our kitchen.
I have to mention that we actually had issues with the stove when we first received it. Basically, one of the burners was just a little more difficult to light than the other. However, Empava's customer service was easy to reach and super helpful. They worked hard to figure out the issue and ultimately solved the issue for us.

Very responsible company

I received the stovetop with one defective burner. I contacted the customer service department and they sent out a replacement part and now the stovetop works perfectly. I would definitely buy from them again.
