Doesn't work as advertised.

I bought 2 air purifiers and have only used them for 3 days so far. So i can't tell how well they work. I have 5 pets in the house, one is highly allergic to dust. I purchased these air purifiers to help keep up with my dusty house while we go through allergy treatments.
Both units turned on and seemed to work fine. Except right out of the box, they show up blue and 001 on the display. How is that possible? I know my air quality isn't good, despite what the purifiers say. The main reason i went with MIKO instead of another brand, was to be able to monitor my air condition constantly. And be able to rely on "auto" mode to increase air flow as needed. But since these do not register the mass amounts of pet hair and dust floating around my house, auto mode stays on the lowest setting. Which i do not believe will improve anything.
I currently have both air purifiers running on a medium setting throughout the day and sleep mode at night. I will check the filters in a month to see how much dust they are actually collecting. Im hoping i didn't just waste my money.
Also, I did reach out to MIKO support and they were less than helpful. Nor did they seemed surprised by the sensors not being sensitive enough to detect normal pollutants.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just received this today. Very quiet even on second level fan speed. Looks nice in my living room. Love the blue light. Waiting to see how well it works when I cook onions, salmon, etc., plus how well it will control dust and pet dander. I’m pleased with my purchase.

Set up and operating in less than a minute. After a couple of hours all the cooking smells were gone. And it has a very quiet fan. Thanks!

I bought it to make sure my newborn was getting some of the cleanest air we could get. For the room it’s in it’s the perfect size and it’s not to large and the auto feature allows it to monitor the air we all breathe.
