I was shocked at the level of customer service from this company. In a very good way. Not only did they offer me a discount on my next purchase, they also offered me a complimentary filter. I mean...who DOES that? Nowadays great customer service is hard to come by. And these guys are setting the standard.I'm a fan for life. If I ever need an air purifier these guys are my Go-To. Thanks!Oh and the Air purifier is awesome! Enjoying clean air and even my dog loves it.

A big help for my seasonal allergies

Every year I spend most of the spring pretty miserable due to tree pollen allergies. Medication makes me drowsy or dries me out so much I get nose bleeds. This spring I stayed with a family member for a week and despite them living in a more rural, tree infested (lol) area, I was able to sleep at night without waking up with a clogged nose because they had this air purifier! I ordered one the day I got home and have been having a much better spring this year.

Turned on and was blue set to automatic
remained blue until we cooked dinner that went red and fan went on high within 15 minutes was yellow and than back to blue on low cleared air of cooking smells

Best air filter I've owned.

I love so many of the features,including the meter that measur3es hwo dirty the aior is, and shows this with a light. My allergies are already subsiding!

I smoke so I bought to keep air cleaner from second hand smoke. The lights changing color help me monitor air quality. It's extremely quiet even when fan is on high speed.
I would recommend this to a friend!
