Right out the box I felt like I was getting a quality product. The material feels great and this is plenty plush around the neck and on the shoulders. The massage mode feels great and bit too rough on the low setting. This is perfect for someone who gets stuck neck during long office hours at a desk. I can relax and get a massage while doing my work or after a long day. Already feeling good about the purchase and it even comes with an extended warranty option for free. 5 Stars!

I like the massage and heat functions. I also really like the fact that you can use the hand loops to concentrate on one specific area. I wish it came with a travel bag.

Just received this, it heats up very quickly

I like the quick heat element for a massager. The rollers aren’t too big for the neck, and I’m able to sit back on a pillow to relax while using massager. I’m fully recharging it for the first time, so I’ll give it the real test for a month. I hope Miko creates a chair back massager, because I miss my old one I’m unable to replicate now.

No way to charge it because doesnt come wt plugin

The packet only comes with a usb and no wall plug in. How are you supposed to charge it? That’s ridiculous.
